We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Account Consultant to join our high-performing team due to ongoing success and expansion in our client base.


As the Senior Account Delivery Consultant your role is to ensure our clients & candidates receive a high-quality service experience, supporting Thomas Thor in developing and maintaining its reputation as the global leader in nuclear recruitment services.

As part of the Account Management function, the Senior Account Delivery Consultant manages daily operational engagement & support to key accounts with a focus on ensuring profitable delivery, and developing and improving the overall client relationship. Your overall objective is to support the sustained growth of the current £1.5million Account portfolio, managing clients as well as the internal delivery team to ensure success in these growing accounts.

You will be responsible for;

  • Client Management: Lead the operational resourcing delivery across key accounts, ensuring resourcing processes are upheld, and internal and external account management expectations are continuously met.
  • Delivery Management: Ensuring the quality and responsiveness of our resourcing by carefully monitoring the work of all concerned with resourcing the account, enabling shared learning and good communication.
  • Resourcing: Owner of candidate engagement & placement throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Responsible for supporting the management of the full recruitment process with clients and candidates.

Skills, experience and knowledge

  • Previous experience in a dynamic client facing RPO/MSP role or inhouse talent acquisition
  • Experience of both permanent and contract/interim recruitment solutions
  • Experience of managing full compliance processes for contract and permanent hires
  • Ability to manage (and effectively prioritise) numerous client requirements on a daily-basis, ensuring consistent engagement with a results orientated and relationship management outlook
  • Experience of Team Leadership and/or People Management
  • Aptitude with key candidate acquisition and management tools such as Broadbean, LinkedIn, CV databases
  • Effective communication with technical/financial management and reporting skills
