As a Senior Researcher, you empower our clients to hire the very best talent and enhance their direct hiring performance. You do this by providing internal and external stakeholders with highly insightful and comprehensive talent/project mapping, career intelligence, employment research, Equity, Diversity & Inclusion, salary benchmarking and other talent insight studies.

In addition, you will manage and develop the working relationship with our (executive and senior level) candidates in the UK. The role will include relationship building and full management of the recruitment process, including resourcing vacancies in an end-to-end resourcing function.

Skills, experience and knowledge

  • You have a proven track record (5+ years) in a candidate facing, executive search recruitment environment
  • You will be given the opportunity to manage numerous client requirements on a daily basis, ensuring consistent engagement with a results orientated and quality outlook
  • You will draw upon your exemplary attention to detail and ability to understand and disseminate technical detail
