Keith Wing will transition from the role of President and CEO of KeySource Thomas Thor, the global executive search division of Thomas Thor Associates, on August 31st 2018. He will continue to serve in the leadership team of the business, and as a Member of the Board. Keith will continue as President and CEO of KeySource Inc., a business growth and organizational development consultancy and an affiliate to KeySource Thomas Thor.

Tim Walker, Managing Director of Thomas Thor Associates, will take on the role as CEO of KeySource Thomas Thor, working with Maribeth Veale and James O’Shaughnessy to lead the global nuclear executive search practice. Callum Thomas, CEO of Thomas Thor Associates, will continue in his role as Chairman of KeySource Thomas Thor.

In addition to these changes, several senior members of the leadership team within Thomas Thor Associates have relocated to North America to support the significant growth of the business in the US and Canada. As well as an office in Hudson, Ohio, the business now has office locations in Toronto, Ontario and Charlotte, North Carolina.

Thomas Thor provides recruitment and HR consulting services to the nuclear industry across more than 30 countries, and KeySource Thomas Thor is the arm of the business dedicated to global executive search within the nuclear industry.
