Role description

Are you a Salesforce expert? Radioactive Waste Management (RWM) has a new opportunity for a CRM System Manager to join them. You will be the primary system administrator for RWM’s Salesforce and ensure smooth day-to-day operation as well as design & delivery of trainings.

Responsibilities

A portion of this position will involve engaging with communities and stakeholders so having the ability to accurately communicate system use and training will be beneficial. Within this position you will:

  • Ensure system access for all users, notification to users of system up-grades and outages as they occur.
  • Manage licences with Salesforce ensuring correct configuration and payment schedules.
  • Prioritise development plans, ensuring integration with existing RWM systems such as Outlook, CORA and GIS and adherence to RWM/NDA assurance processes.
  • Ensure the voice of the customer is heard and incorporated into the system development.
  • Design and deliver all new user training programmes, often in collaboration with Salesforce.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to build knowledge and understanding of requirements for RWM’s Contact Management service, delivering a best-in-class internal service.

Essential skills

Ideally, you will be a certified Salesforce Administrator with a strong understanding of best practices, functionality and admin. As you will be the go-to for Salesforce related questions/ issues, you will need to be customer focused and be experienced in supplier management.
