Are you interested in playing a part in a major 5-year nuclear decommissioning project?

For a well known client operating in Canada, we are currently looking for 2 Document Control Specialists. It can be a contract position or permanent position to be based for the first 2 years of the project in Stratford, Ontario and the 3 next years in Whiteshell, Manitoba.

Ideal starting date: September, 2020

Role description

As a Document Control Specialist, you will be responsible for entering documents into the system, maintaining files, and ensuring data accuracy related to the decommissioning of sensitive nuclear equipment. The deployment to execute the field work for the project will happen in Whiteshell, Manitoba.



You will be taking part in a 5-year project, ensuring document management, handling and storage in a nuclear setting.

Essential skills

  • We are currently recruiting applicants that are legally entitled to work in Canada.
  • You have 10-15 years of relevant experience in document control and management, assigning document numbers, electronic filing of documents, etc.
  • You have a very good knowledge of Quality Assurance standards and systems
  • You are flexible enough to spend 2 years in Ontario and 3 years in Manitoba
