For a well known client operating in Canada, we are currently looking for 3 Electro-mechanical Systems Engineers. We are currently recruiting applicants that are legally entitled to work in Canada.

It can be a contract position or permanent position to be based for the first 2 years of the project in Stratford, Ontario and the 3 next years in Whiteshell, Manitoba.

Ideal starting date: September, 2020

Role description

As a electro-mechanical system engineer, you will be starting up and commissioning remote-controlled automated systems meant to decommission nuclear equipment. The deployment to execute the field work for the project will happen in Whiteshell, Manitoba.

 

Responsibilities

You will be taking part in a 5-year project, ensuring the decommissioning of nuclear sensitive equipment.

Essential skills

  • We are currently recruiting applicants that are legally entitled to work in Canada.
  • You are a licenced P.Eng. (or you have a similar qualification)
  • You have a solid experience in designing, commissioning and operating of electro-mechanical systems, remote-controlled automated systems, such as robotics used to retrieve nuclear waste
  • You are flexible enough to spend 2 years in Ontario and 3 years in Manitoba
