Role description

As an SP Hand-Over Project Engineer, you will be ensuring the management of 3YSP from receiving on-site to final handover to the client.

Your responsibilities will include assessing the 3YSP requirements (type and quantity recommended according to the Contract) and status of the spare parts to prepare the hand-over to the Customer. You will be following-up on the on-going order to ensure delivery date on-time and ensuring that the receiving inspection of the SP is done and fully registered in the warehouse system (VPRM-RSMS).

Reviews and search for items in warehouse inventories, as well the identifying (physically) spare parts in the warehouse for difficult cases + update the database will land in your responsibilities as well.

You will be in close co-operation with the client when clarifying open points and inspecting and checking completeness during the physical handover.

Responsibilities

besides the already mentioned:

  • Searching for technical / quality documentation in databases/folders
  • Preparing and following-up of the Purchase Requests and Purchase Orders (if any)
  • Prepare the handover of SP to Customer (physical SP and documentation)

Essential skills

You have an engineering level education with experience and knowledge in spare parts (definition, procurement, quality documentation, storage), maintenance, quality, warehousing and engineering (ability to search in technical documentation).

Understanding of technical documentation, as well as knowledge of the mechanical, electrical and instrumentation technology, are the keys to success in the role and you are also familiar with the quality documentation and certificates.
