Looking to apply your scientific background to further Environmental Projects? Radioactive Waste Management (RWM) is looking for two Research Managers to join them in permanent roles.
You will join a passionate team responsible for developing, maintaining and communicating RWM’s scientific knowledge within the scope of (i) bentonite- and cement-based engineered barriers, or (ii) gas generation, migration and modelling, making these exciting career development opportunities. You will work closely with leading experts and represent RWM at national and international scientific events and meetings. You will use your professional and academic experience to provide research input to disposability assessments.

You will be leading the definition, procurement and interpretation of the results of research, development and demonstration studies on behalf of RWM. Additionally, you will work closely with leading experts in industry and academia, on a national and international level, to provide a roadmap of the delivery.
