This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a first-of-a-kind nuclear heating solution and play a key role in shaping the systems architecture of a new generation of clean energy infrastructure.

The Systems Engineering team is expanding and is seeking a System Engineer – MBSE Modeler to support the conceptual and design phases of a next-generation SMR plant. As an MBSE Modeler, you will be responsible for modelling the nuclear plant using Model-Based Systems Engineering tools (CATIA Magic).

Systems Engineering plays a transversal role across the organisation, working closely with all engineering disciplines. The team ensures that system needs are fully understood, separated from solutions, and explored throughout the entire lifecycle to deliver designs acceptable to all stakeholders.

The Systems Engineering group is responsible for:

• Mission Analysis
• Functional Analysis
• Requirements Management
• Configuration Management
• Interface Management
• Change Management

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain system models for each plant subsystem, including:
• Requirements
• Functions
• Logical elements
• Interfaces and exchange items
• Work closely with engineering disciplines and stakeholders to build accurate system representations
• Ensure full traceability between requirements, functions, and logical elements
• Auto-generate system documentation from the model
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the MBSE methodology

Key Skills & Experience

• Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical & Computer Engineering
• Knowledge of Systems Engineering principles (understanding of logical architectures, functions, and requirements)
• Ability to structure complex system information methodically
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
