Callum Thomas, Chair of Thomas Thor, has been appointed as Chair of the Talent and Workforce Development working group within the World Nuclear Association. This working group has been established to providing an effective collaborative forum for the sharing of best practice and to bring together the international nuclear community to address priority matters related to the attraction, recruitment, development and retention of the global workforce.
