Cyber Security Specialist II – Nuclear (Contract)

We are seeking an experienced Cyber Security Specialist II to join our team in Hartsville, SC. This contract role offers a rewarding opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects within one of the most critical industries.

What this role includes:

• Location: Hartsville, South Carolina – Local Candidates Only (No Per Diem)
• Full-Time, Onsite, 12 Month Contract, high likelihood of extension based on performance/job needs.
• Schedule: 4 Days x 10 Hours, Monday-Thursday
• Salary Range: $55/hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with upgrades & integration for digital systems using 10 CFR 50.59 guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams and project groups on system modifications.
• Conduct cyber reviews, assessments, walkdowns ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Provide technical support as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Digital Process Systems during plant modifications or emergencies.

Required Skills:

1. Technical Expertise

• Proficient knowledge of cybersecurity principles related to industrial control environments like networking protocols (Ethernet/TCP/IP), operating systems such as Windows/Linux platforms; experience handling tools securing Critical Digital Assets effectively is essential .

1. Ability working across collaborative multitasking interfaces between various stakeholders/staff-projects making seamless interconnection possible through data-driven analytics
