Quality Records Area Co-ordinator

We are looking for a Completions-Oriented Records Area Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for interfacing with MEH Multi-Disciplinary Teams and stakeholders to capture and process Area discipline-type LTQR deliverables on time and in line with project deadlines. You will ensure completion and delivery of associated scope LTQR deliverables to support End of Erection Status Reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for all Area LTQR deliverables within your assigned MDT Area.
• Manage and support LTQR technicians to capture and progress records in accordance with project deadlines and handover specifications.
• Serve as the focal point for completions-related activities, addressing issues promptly and liaising with Site Wide Records Discipline Leads.
• Monitor and provide continuous support to technicians to ensure records align with area scope and LOD management.
• Coordinate and assign technicians, manage team performance, and provide data for management reporting.

Key Deliverables

• Delivery of type-records for assigned areas, ensuring compliance with scope and LOD management.
• Oversight of LTQR deliverables for RFT acceptance.
• Accurate tracking and reporting of area progress for management review.

Qualifications and Experience

• Excellent IT skills and experience with electronic document management systems (EDMS) and metadata management.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in EDMS automation systems and LTQR process control.
• Proven experience in quality surveillance and control within nuclear or multi-cultural environments.
• Ability to work with stakeholders in culturally sensitive settings.
• Engineering or construction qualifications (ONC / HNC / HND or equivalent experience).
• Experience working in alliance and joint venture projects.
• Major project experience is essential.
