Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement comprehensive Electrical Maintenance training programs.
– Create structured curriculum schedules integrating “Adaptive Learning” techniques.
– Analyze student performance gaps, exam results, and provide effective remediation strategies.
– Conduct On-the-job-training (OJT), laboratory evaluations, field observations & participate in Academic Review Boards (ARBs).
– Collaborate with management on program improvements through feedback mechanisms like GDAR mode assessments or self-assessment resolutions tools
Maintain strong client rapport supporting hiring processes operational workforce needs etc

Essential Qualifications/Experience:
-Familiarity INPO certified standards engineering degrees equivalent acceptable). Industry-wide technical fluency hands-on supervisory technician aspect coverage ensures full-circle expertise delivery within required contexts
