Project Management Analyst III – Time Collection & Project Controls

What This Role Offers:
Location: Corvallis, Oregon
Full-Time | Remote (within contiguous U.S., with travel as needed) | 12-Month Contract | High likelihood of extension based on performance/job needs
Schedule: M-F
Salary Range: $45-$70/hr

Responsibilities:

  • Administer and execute the full time collection process, including running timecard reports and resolving employee and manager time entry issues

  • Execute payroll interface runs within the ERP system and prepare transfer files between timecard and payroll systems

  • Verify successful export/import between internal systems and the external Kronos payroll module

  • Process all Timecard Entry Action Requests (TEARs), track statuses, and issue reminders as needed

  • Perform audits and reconciliations of timesheet data against payroll data; identify and report discrepancies to billing, project accounting, and payroll teams

  • Communicate across departments to ensure accurate and complete timecard entries and project transactions

  • Support resource assignments in Primavera P6 and Earned Value Management analysis

  • Develop and maintain reports, automated data checks, and workflow improvements to enhance project management and enterprise data accuracy

  • Maintain compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley Act requirements related to segregation of duties in timekeeping and accounting

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Accounting, or Business Administration

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project management, accounting, or project-related IT

  • Working knowledge of accounting principles and strong attention to detail

  • Proficiency in data entry, accounting software, and Microsoft Excel

  • Demonstrated experience with ERP systems – Microsoft Dynamics SL, Oracle OTL, Oracle PPM, or equivalent required

  • Experience improving processes around project management data

  • Working knowledge of data structures and ability to write SQL queries preferred

  • Familiarity with Power BI report building preferred

  • Must be eligible to work under Department of Energy regulation 10 CFR Part 810
