I&C Supervisors / Superintendents / Field Engineers – Nuclear Outage Support

We are currently seeking experienced I&C Supervisors, Superintendents, and Field Engineers to support a major nuclear outage project during the Fall 2026 outage season. This is a hands-on, field-focused assignment supporting outage execution activities on-site at a nuclear power plant.

We are looking for professionals with a proven track record of “getting things done” in fast-paced outage environments while maintaining strict adherence to nuclear safety, quality, and procedural compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide field oversight and coordination of I&C outage activities
• Support outage execution, work package implementation, and field troubleshooting
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Operations, Engineering, Radiation Protection, and other site organizations
• Ensure work is executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with plant procedures and quality standards
• Support schedule execution and resolution of field issues during outage activities
• Drive outage progress and maintain strong field presence throughout execution

Required Qualifications

• Prior commercial nuclear plant experience
• Previous nuclear outage experience
• Field supervision, coordination, or outage leadership experience
• Experience in roles such as:
• I&C Supervisor
• Superintendent
• Field Engineer
• Project Coordinator
• Task Manager
• Outage Coordinator
• Field Coordinator
• Strong understanding of procedure use & adherence, nuclear safety culture, and quality requirements
• Demonstrated ability to drive work completion and outage execution

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior DCNPP experience is highly preferred
