Systems and Requirements Managements Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated Systems and Requirements Management Engineer to support the development of advanced engineering and technology projects within a complex, highly regulated environment.

This role is focused on systems engineering, requirements management, design integration, and engineering process improvement. The successful candidate will work closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure requirements are effectively developed, managed, verified, and integrated throughout the project lifecycle.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain systems engineering documentation, including procedures, plans, guidance documents, templates, and work instructions.
• Establish, implement, and continuously improve requirements management processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Collaborate with engineering teams and external partners to define, manage, and verify system, subsystem, and component requirements.
• Support the application of systems engineering principles throughout the design and development lifecycle.
• Facilitate requirements verification and validation activities, including preparation of supporting documentation and reports.
• Evaluate the quality of requirements and engineering deliverables, ensuring compliance with established standards and best practices.
• Coordinate engineering process integration and communication across internal teams and external design organizations.
• Support the development and delivery of training related to systems engineering and requirements management processes and tools.
• Contribute to the implementation and continuous improvement of integrated engineering processes, including design control and configuration management.
• Promote consistency and alignment of engineering processes across partner organizations and project teams.
• Support the refinement and standardization of integrated design processes using a systems engineering approach.
• Assist with the development and maintenance of procedures, forms, tools, work guides, and training materials.
• Monitor process implementation and provide recommendations to improve efficiency, quality, and effectiveness.
• Identify process deficiencies and drive corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure engineering activities comply with project quality assurance requirements and applicable standards.

Key Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Significant experience in systems engineering, integrated product development, or complex engineering design environments.
• Experience applying configuration management principles within engineering processes and supporting tools.
• Strong understanding of engineering process development, implementation, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience working within structured engineering environments and quality-controlled projects.
• Excellent technical writing, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to coordinate activities across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative and team-oriented approach.
