Outage Supervisor – Electrical

We are currently seeking experienced Electrical Outage Supervisors to support a major nuclear power plant outage during the Fall 2026 outage season. This is a hands-on, field-focused assignment for professionals who know how to get things done in a fast-paced nuclear outage environment, while maintaining strict adherence to nuclear safety, quality, and plant procedures.

Assignment Details

• Dates: September 21 – November 2, 2026
• Duration: Approximately 6 weeks
• Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 6 days per week / 72 hours per week
• Location: On-site at Diablo Canyon Nuclear Power Plant, California
• Per Diem: $249/day

Key Responsibilities

• Provide field supervision and coordination of electrical outage activities
• Oversee electrical craft and day-to-day field execution
• Support work package implementation, maintenance, troubleshooting, testing, and field issue resolution
• Support outage schedule execution and help remove barriers impacting work progress
• Maintain a strong field presence and drive assigned work through completion

Must-Have Experience

• Commercial nuclear power plant experience
• Previous nuclear outage experience
• Previous field supervisory or leadership experience
• Strong electrical maintenance / field execution background
• Demonstrated history of getting things done in roles such as Electrical Supervisor, Superintendent, Field Engineer, Project Coordinator, Task Manager, Outage Coordinator, or Field Coordinator
• Strong understanding of procedure use and adherence, nuclear safety, and quality requirements
• Ability to work effectively in a demanding outage environment and drive work to schedule

Preferred

• Previous Diablo Canyon Nuclear Power Plant (DCNPP) experience is highly preferred
