In this role, you’ll work closely with MEH Area LTQR (Lifetime Quality Records) Coordinators, Technicians, and multidisciplinary teams (MDT) to capture and process discipline-specific LTQR deliverables accurately and on time, ensuring completion and delivery of all coatings documentation in line with project deadlines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the single point of contact for coatings discipline-specific records.
• Serve as the technical liaison with MEH Site and Assurance Leads.
• Interface with the MEH Completions team regarding CTP/EESR requirements.
• Ensure coatings discipline records (site-wide) are captured accurately and on schedule.
• Perform technical reviews and address issues to support Area LTQR Coordinators.
• Manage Area Discipline LOO’s, tracking asset installation, verification, and completion of records.
• Maintain understanding of the Scope of Work, Contract Specifications, Nuclear Standards, drawings, and procedures.
• Conduct AS9 IWOC verification and track task completion upon A-Acceptance of LTQR deliverables in Teamcenter.

Experience

• NACE Level 2 or ICORR Level 2, or ONC/HNC/HND/C&G/Recognised Apprenticeship in a relevant discipline.
• Experienced in document management systems (EDMS) and metadata control.
• Experience working in a quality assurance/control environment within the nuclear industry or other safety-critical sectors.
• Proven experience resolving issues and interacting with a wide range of stakeholders in multi-cultural project environments.
• Nuclear experience advantageous.

Lisa Cornelius
