Records Area Lead

The MEH Alliance is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Records Area Lead to support completions activities across Multi-Disciplinary Teams (MDTs). This role is critical to ensuring that Life Time Quality Records (LTQRs) are accurately captured, processed, and handed over in line with project deadlines and client expectations.

The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact for LTQR deliverables within their assigned area, managing records coordinators and liaising with project stakeholders to maintain alignment with the completions system and LTQR Index. This position requires strong coordination skills, a thorough understanding of completions processes, and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary project environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for LTQR deliverables in assigned MDT areas.

• Manage and support records area coordinators to ensure timely and accurate execution status reporting.

• Ensure LTQRs are captured and processed in accordance with the LTQR Index and completions system.

• Interface with MDTs and completions teams to facilitate record readiness and handover.

• Maintain competency-based training records and support project documentation standards.

Key Deliverables

• Execution status reports aligned with project milestones.

• LTQRs integrated with the completions system and LTQR Index.

• Timely and compliant handover of LTQRs to the client.

• Effective coordination and support of records area teams.

• Accurate and up-to-date training documentation.

Essential Qualifications and Experience

• Strong IT skills, including experience with Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) and database reporting.

• Experience in a completions environment with a solid understanding of LTQRs.

• Background in quality assurance and document control practices.

• Familiarity with regulatory environments.

• Minimum education: A-Level / HNC / HND or equivalent work experience.

• Proven experience working in multidisciplinary project teams.

• Exposure to major project environments.
