Are you an experienced engineering trainer looking to make a significant impact?

As an Engineering Instructor, your role will involve designing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive training programs while maintaining curriculum standards. You’ll also play a key part in analyzing student performance data for improvement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
– Develop lesson materials following SAT processes per ACAD 02-001.
– Design effective classroom-based curricula aligned with industry governance.
– Assess program gaps through exam analysis & implement remediation strategies.
– Oversee students’ academic progress using Vision™ software database tools.
– Collaborate with client sites via hiring/selection participation or peer group calls.

Required Skills:
1. SAT Process Expertise: Demonstrable knowledge of system approach methodologies like ADDIE ensures robust instructional designs meet accredited benchmarks effectively.
2. Data-driven Gap Analysis Capability enhances learners’ growth potential adapting measurable indicators appropriately alongside strong insight-backed frameworks tailored around feedback loops/output reviews too!

3.Relationship-building proficiency bridging inter-departmental alignments fosters collaborative success establishing enduring strategic alliances critical towards achieving overarching objectives sustainably long-term-oriented vision-focused approaches always embedded contextually everywhere..
