I&C Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced I&C Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at the Barakah Nuclear Power Plant. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge nuclear technology, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of critical systems. Your expertise will be key in driving plant reliability, safety, and performance while contributing to the success of one of the most advanced nuclear power plants in the world.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Maintenance Operations: Guide the execution of maintenance activities to enhance plant reliability, reduce downtime, and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
Troubleshooting & Support: Provide technical expertise during complex troubleshooting and help resolve off-normal equipment conditions.
Major Shutdown Support: Oversee major maintenance windows and optimize preventative maintenance programs.
Safety & Quality Compliance: Ensure adherence to nuclear safety, environmental, and quality standards while maintaining operational excellence.
Staff Development: Support the development of UAE National employees through training and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Key Qualifications:
Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation & Control Engineering (or equivalent).
Experience: At least 5 years in a nuclear power plant outage environment or related field.
Skills: Strong decision-making, troubleshooting, and leadership skills; proficiency in MS Project/Primavera.
Knowledge: Thorough understanding of nuclear power plant safety and quality procedures.
Leadership: Strong team management and coordination capabilities, especially under high-pressure conditions.
