Role description

Our client handles and treats low-level waste, mainly from the nuclear power industry but also other industries such as healthcare. The company has world-unique specialist expertise in decommissioning radiological facilities and helps its customers minimize the environmental impact of their radiological activities.

In the role of customer project manager, you will:

  • Run customer projects within given frameworks regarding specification, safety, environmental, work environment, radiation safety and quality requirements as well as resource allocation, schedule and budget.
  • Participate in the quotation work and ensure the conditions for effective work.
  • Lead project meetings with customers and report to the steering group.
  • Run the project team and are responsible for ensuring that employees in the customer project receive ongoing information and instructions in order to be able to solve their tasks.
  • Document continuously and analyze and fix changes or additional jobs.

Knowledge, Experience and Skills

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for you who have a university or master’s degree in, for example, chemistry, mechanics or similar. You have at least three years of project management experience. We consider it a merit if you have training in project management and experience from the industry. You are fluent in both Swedish and English in speech and writing, and have a good technical knowledge.

As a person, you are responsible, open and driven. You dare to ask questions to develop working methods and always want to move forward. You are good at building relationships with your team and customers in a trusting way.
