Role description

  • Own the client relationship and set efficient governance mechanism to ensure delivery excellence across all engagement streams
  • Maintain and enrich the relationship with the leadership team in the client organization
  • Conduct regular review meetings with internal stakeholders as well as client stakeholders
  • Establish a strong delivery team, in a hybrid model of onsite & offshore delivery locations
  • Experienced in working in a multi-location multi-time zone environment
  • Identify opportunities for cross selling and up selling and increase the footprint within the account
  • Be the first point of escalation for any delivery issues within the engagement
  • Organizing and steering the engagement team
  • Forecast monthly revenue, monthly head count requirement
  • Plan for demand management and fulfillment for the account
  • Create an effective structure to manage large teams
  • Support invoicing process and cash collection from the client
  • Ensuring capture of engagement best practices
  • Follow Engagement Management Practices and certification process

Knowledge, Experience and Skills

  • Understanding of the Financial Services business
  • Solid understanding of open banking and its related technologies
  • Strong client management and presentation skills
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • PMP certified is a plus
  • Prior experience of working in an onsite-offshore model
  • Understanding of delivery operations (15+ years of experience)
  • Experience in delivering custom development engagements, including front end development
  • Knowledge of AMS tools and practices -Service management
  • Knowledge of open APIs is a must; prior Google/Apigee API portals experience is a plus
  • Arabic speaking is preferable, though not mandatory
