The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant in the UK & European Net Zero Team you will be supporting Renewable Energy (Onshore Wind, Offshore Wind, Floating Wind, Solar, & Green Hydrogen), Decarbonization, Environmental, and Sustainability projects across the UK and mainland Europe.

Your role will be to work with the Head of Net Zero for the UK & Europe and other members of the Net Zero team to source suitable candidates, advise and support clients, and to promote the Thomas Thor brand to existing and new markets.

It is imperative to ensure a high-quality experience for all stakeholders within the recruitment process and adhering to our core values at all times is essential.

Knowledge, Experience and Skills

  • Professional experience in a sector or industry related to Net Zero, decarbonisation, or sustainability


  • Experience in a recruitment environment (internal or agency)


  • Experience presenting or communicating complex messages concisely to a variety of stakeholders via a range of mediums, including written (e.g., email, LinkedIn, proposals), verbal (telephone), and video conferencing (e.g., Zoom, MS Teams)
  • Experience managing client expectations in a business-to-business relationship
