**Senior Mechanical Analysis Engineer – Contract Opportunity**
Are you ready to take the lead in shaping next-generation nuclear reactor designs? We are seeking a Senior Mechanical Analysis Engineer for an exciting remote contract role. This position offers the chance to work on innovative projects within Nuclear Tech Innovation and Medical sectors alongside a team of top-tier engineers and scientists.

Key Responsibilities:
*Analyze mechanical performance of reactor components under high-temperature environments.
* Verify structural integrity against industry codes (ASME BPVC, ASCE).
* Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to optimize design solutions.
* PTO- Document analysis results while ensuring adherence to quality standards.
* Mentor junior engineers and serve as a technical point-of-contact.
Required Qualifications:
To excel in this role, candidates must have:
✔ A B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. degree from an accredited institution (Mechanical Engineering preferred).
✔ 10+ years’ experience with finite element stress analysis tools like ANSYS & SolidWorks.
✔ Proficiency in solid mechanics principles such as fracture mechanics & fatigue failure models.
Experience working under stringent QA requirements-such ISO9000-and familiarity seismic safety frameworks e.g.ASCE4 .
