Are you ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role in nuclear infrastructure? Join our team as an Electrical Field Coordinator – Senior Field Engineer, where your expertise will play a pivotal part in maintaining the safety, reliability, and efficiency of critical operations.
What this role offers:
- Location: Covert, MI
- Full-Time, Onsite, 12-Month Contract, high likelihood of extension based on performance/job needs
- Salary Range: $75-$85/hour based on experience with additional benefits such as per diem ($130/day) for 7 days/week and mobility/demobility assistance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct field walkdowns to assess maintenance activities while driving improvements in work package quality.
- Collaborate across departments-Work Management, Supply Chain, Operations-to resolve issues effectively.
- Prepare detailed documentation including procedures for Out-of-Service requests (OOS), welding permits, ALARA task assessments & more.
- Ensure all planned instructions comply with station protocols like NSPs/NSWPs or ASME Code requirements. Review packages rigorously for technical integrity.
- Manage projects by coordinating system planners/contractors contributing towards comprehensive preparation efforts.
Secondary Duties:
- Support large-scale mechanical/electrical project planning through efficient resource allocation strategies involving materials procurement alongside procedure reviews ensuring alignment w/codes standards recommended vendors’ practices
Preferred Skills include familiarity around :
- Extensive knowledge Software Asset Suite Passport Usage aiding seamless data tracking reporting handling complexities efficiently
- Expertise Supervisory Roles guiding teams successfully previously acting Team Lead Superintendent
