Senior Digital I&C Instructor (Nuclear)*

Are you an experienced professional in nuclear instrumentation and controls training? We are seeking a **Senior Digital I&C Instructor** to develop cutting-edge instructional materials for the INPO Accredited Technical Training Program at North Anna Nuclear Power Station. This role offers flexibility with scheduling and per diem support for non-local candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
– Develop comprehensive training programs aligned with industry standards.
– Deliver advanced classroom, lab-based, and on-the-job instruction.
– Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements while collaborating across teams.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
– 12+ years of related experience OR 5+ years specializing in DCS/PLC digital systems.
– Expertise working directly with Westinghouse or Emerson Ovation/Common-Q DI&C platforms is critical.
– Familiarity as a licensed Reactor Operator/Senior RO or within an INPO-accredited program highly desirable.

Essential Skills You’ll Bring:
1. **Instructional Design Knowledge:** Mastery of accredited instructional theories like Systematic Approach to Training (SAT).
2. **Technical Proficiency:** Strong hands-on familiarity operating complex digital control server equipment used within nuclear facilities.
3. **Communication Excellence:** Effective verbal/written communication skills essential when liaising between regulators/internal staffers alike!
