Project Controls Specialist – Pacific northwest location

Thomas Thor currently has a long-term contract opening for a Project Controls Specialist with a client in the Pacific Northwest. This would be a full-time onsite role at the plant in Washington state. All candidates MUST be either US citizens or permanent residents.

Our electric utility client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced project controls professional to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in planning, developing, and implementing schedule and cost strategies for mega projects with complex, multi-disciplinary scopes. P6 and Earned Value Management experience is required.
