Operations Instructor

Are you ready to play a vital role in the restart of Palisades, a PWR CE nuclear plant? This is your chance to join an exciting project supporting re-licensing and operational readiness. We are seeking experienced **Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) Certified Instructors** for this 52-week contract opportunity based on-site at Covert, United States.

Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement operations training materials using SAT/ADDIE processes.
– Deliver classroom and simulator-based instruction for licensed operators/candidates.
– Identify student performance gaps; provide tailored remediation strategies.
– Maintain curriculum integrity through Vision™ software database management.
– Analyze exam outcomes; optimize program effectiveness from feedback loops.

Required Qualifications:
To excel in this position, candidates must meet one or more of these criteria:
* Minimum 5+ years as certified/licensed Senior Reactor Operator (PWR focus).
* Experience with Combustion Engineering reactor design preferred but not required.
Preferred qualifications include INPO ICP/site-certified instructor credentials.

Essential Skills:
1. SAT Process Expertise: Proficient application per ACAD standards ensures top-tier instructional quality aligned with industry governance requirements.
2. Curriculum Development & Execution: Strong ability to create predictable schedules while maintaining regulatory compliance during lesson delivery/training events across scenarios like simulators/classrooms etc.
