For one of our clients, we are looking for a Project Scheduler to support nuclear power plant project at the nuclear station. This role plays a critical part in delivering accurate, integrated, and reliable schedules that support safe, high‑quality, and cost‑effective project execution in a nuclear environment.

Main Responsibities:

The Project Scheduler will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and managing project schedules to support nuclear operations and engineering initiatives. Key responsibilities include:

  • Scheduling project activities, including dates, sequences, and durations, for Nuclear and Engineering Projects
  • Developing and maintaining schedules for online work, outage projects, and life‑cycle programs
  • Performing schedule maintenance and integration between Passport and Primavera scheduling tools
  • Supporting project managers in planning, monitoring, and controlling project execution
  • Delivering timely, accurate, and comprehensive schedules for assigned projects
  • Tracking progress, managing critical path and float, and resolving schedule conflicts and delays
  • Supporting long‑range planning strategies for assigned projects
  • Preparing and presenting written and verbal status updates to stakeholders and senior management
  • Supporting the Station Self‑Assessment and Corrective Action Program

Key Experience and Skills:

  • Experience scheduling projects in a nuclear or regulated industrial environment
  • Strong understanding of project scheduling best practices
  • Proficiency with Primavera and Passport scheduling tools
  • Ability to interpret project scope, risk, and execution constraints
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interface across multidisciplinary teams
  • Commitment to nuclear safety culture, human performance, and cost‑effective execution
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business, or a related field
