During Outage:

  • Oversee scheduled tasks using a 3-day lookahead schedule, focusing on critical activities.
  • Lead and coordinate teams, ensuring tasks start on time and progress is reported accurately.
  • Act as the main client interface for critical work and resolve technical or logistical issues.
  • Maintain strict safety, regulatory, and quality compliance.

Non-Outage Period:

  • Support project planning, documentation, and process improvements.
  • Prepare teams and resources for future outages and projects.

Qualifications

  • Degree or technical background in Electrical/I&C or Mechanical/Valves with experience in outage coordination or similar roles in nuclear/high-risk industries.
  • Strong knowledge of outage scheduling, critical path management, and maintenance processes in your specialisation.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills with clients and internal teams.
  • Familiarity with safety standards and regulatory compliance in nuclear environments.
