What This Role Offers:

Location: Remote (contiguous U.S.) Full-Time | Remote | Contract – through end of 2026, high likelihood of extension based on performance/job needs

Schedule: M-F 40 hours/week

Salary Range: $55-$65/hr

Responsibilities:

  • Translate O&M service models for Small Modular Reactor (SMR) operations into IT platform and tool requirements

  • Define integration needs across OT (plant data), EAM (maintenance), ERP, and PLM systems

  • Evaluate and recommend platforms and integration approaches aligned with enterprise architecture, including tools such as AVEVA, Maximo, Oracle, and Aras

  • Define data flow concepts (e.g., Tag to Asset to Configuration Item) and lifecycle traceability frameworks

  • Support vendor discussions and develop recommendation packages for leadership review

  • Define data, integration, and event-driven workflow requirements (e.g., alerts to work orders)

  • Coordinate across Enterprise CM/PLM/ERP leadership, O&M Services, IT Architecture, and external vendors

  • Support implementation planning and readiness for pilot-to-scale transitions

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field required; advanced degree preferred. An additional 4 years of directly relevant experience (12 years total) may be substituted in lieu of degree

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in industrial IT systems, engineering systems, or O&M environments required

  • Demonstrated experience with enterprise systems integration across PLM, ERP, EAM, or OT platforms required

  • Working knowledge of Aras, Oracle Fusion, Maximo, AVEVA, or similar platforms preferred

  • Prior experience in nuclear, energy, or other regulated industries strongly preferred

  • Familiarity with digital thread, digital twin, or lifecycle traceability concepts preferred

  • Eligible to work under Department of Energy 10 CFR Part 810
