Key Skills & Qualifications
We’re seeking candidates with proven expertise across several critical areas:

-Mechanical Engineering Expertise: A B.S. degree in Mechanical or related disciplines from an accredited university coupled with 10+ years’ experience showcasing advanced mechanical systems skills.
– Design Proficiency: Hands-on knowledge of component design and manufacturing processes ensures success.
– Supplier Coordination & Project Management: Experience managing suppliers/contractors while steering project outcomes efficiently is key.
– Full Hardware Lifecycle Knowledge: Ability to oversee hardware development “cradle-to-grave.”
– Analytical Prowess: Strong aptitude for fluid mechanics, structural analysis, tolerance evaluation alongside reading technical drawings effectively.
– Communication Excellence: Proven ability presenting ideas clearly through writing or speaking adds value within cross-functional teams.
